The teacher participated in the Department of Oil and Gas Economics at the College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas, Assistant Lecturer Israa Faleh Ghali, in a virtual training course entitled (The Art of Dealing with Difficult Personalities), which was organized by the Center for Continuing Education At the University of Maysan, in cooperation with the Union of Oil and Gas Workers and through the FCC platform, the course included introducing the methods and methods of dealing with difficult personalities, the characteristics of irritating personalities, hostile personalities, strategies for dealing with difficult personalities and the most difficult types of characters and ways to deal with them, and at the end of the course Ghali obtained a certificate of participation.
