College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas is a scientific institution established in 2013 within Basra University for Oil and Gas with two departments: Management and Marketing of Oil and Gas Dep. and Economics of Oil and Gas Dep. These two departments are specialized from third stage and accepted both biological and applied students.
The college is specialized in economics and management of oil industry. It aims to graduate students having multiple skills, especially in oil sector which have recently included in Elite Channel and according to the instructions of the council Ministers.
College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas also contributes in community services through continuous interaction between colleges on the one hand, and environment and society on the other hand to spread cultural, social, educational, and scientific awareness through various means such as seminars, continuous education courses, exhibitions, lectures and education projects.
