The Student Activities Unit at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, in cooperation with Al-Afandi Academy, organized the first edition of the padel tournament for active faculty members on the evening of Friday, May 15, 2026. The tournament concluded with the referees' team (Dr. Mustafa Taha Yassin and Assistant Lecturer Issa Jaafar Baqir) winning first place, and the second place going to Assistant Teacher Mohammed Mohsen and Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Dawood Attia. They were awarded the championship cup and administrative medals. The tournament was held at the College of Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Asadi.
