On Tuesday (April 21, 2026), the Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Mohammed Al-Tamimi, followed up on the progress of the joint examination conducted by the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, in collaboration with its counterpart departments in private Iraqi universities in Basra Governorate and Maysan Governorate.
The college dean's office has dispatched a number of its teaching staff to those universities for supervision and monitoring. Dr. Mustafa Taha, Dr. Muntadhar Uraibi, Dr. Haidar Sadiq Kazim, Dr. Jawad Shaker Dhiyab, and Dr. Nael Ghalib participated in examining students of Al-Amarah University College (Private). As for the faculty members who participated in examining students of Shatt Al-Arab University, they were Associate Professor Dr. Mustafa Abdul Aziz, Dr. Ahmed Ghali, and Dr. Khalid Hamid.
The participation of professors from the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas falls within the framework of joint cooperation between the college and its twinned colleges, to ensure the smooth running of examinations with high coordination, and in implementation of approved ministerial instructions.
