The Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Prof. Dr. Sami Obaid Mohammed Al-Tamimi, along with the accompanying delegation, attended on the morning of Tuesday, 16 December 2025, in response to an invitation extended by the Petroleum Training Institute / Basra.
The visit was to attend the signing ceremony of the Qualification and Development Program for Technicians in the Iraqi Oil Sector, within the framework of a tripartite cooperation agreement concluded between the Petroleum Training Institute, China University of Petroleum, and the Chinese company CPECC (SIPAC).
This participation reflects the level of cooperation and coordination between the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas and the Petroleum Training Institute in Basra.
