Prof. Dr. Ali Kadhum Saddam, Dr. Ali Abdul Hassan Jasim, Lecturer Hassan Khayoun Abbas, and Lecturer Mohammed Daoud Attia—presented at the training course titled: (Leadership and Successful Leader Skills in the Presence of the Professional Accountant).

The course was organized by the "Continuous Education Center" and lasted for two days: Monday and Tuesday, corresponding to December 8-9, 2025, in the Small Conference Hall.

Their research papers, prepared for this course, included multiple concepts and ideas. The most notable points, among others, included the concept of a leader defined as the individual who excels at finding new and innovative methods to improve work in general and specifically change the trajectory of results for the better. Based on this, the leader of the work or administrative unit can be considered the person who knows how to motivate their team members toward positive performance. The successful leader demonstrates skills in setting and preparing the plan, as well as executing it flawlessly.
