The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas held an administrative seminar on the morning of Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in the conference hall. The lecture was prepared and delivered by Engineer Karama Abdul Jabbar Abd, Head of the Human Resources Division at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, under the title:
“Workplace Behavior and the Art of Dealing with Others.”
The attendees engaged actively through questions and discussions that aligned with the key topics addressed in the lecture. The most notable points included:
- Definition of Workplace Behavior:
It refers to the set of actions, words, and thoughts exhibited by an employee within the work environment. It reflects the employee’s level of commitment and professional values and serves as the foundation for building a positive institutional culture that enhances productivity and contributes to achieving organizational goals.

It strengthens relationships among employees and helps in building strong, cooperative work teams.
