Legal Seminar

On the morning of Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas held a scientific legal seminar in the conference hall. The lecture was prepared and delivered by the legal advisor/employee Ms. Nada Hassan Sakban, under the title:
“The Code of Conduct for University Employees.”

The attendees actively engaged with questions and discussions in line with the topics addressed in the lecture, the most notable of which included:

  • Definition of an Employee: Any individual assigned a role within the staffing structure of the ministry or a non-ministerial entity.
  • Public Service: A national duty and a form of social service, carried out by individuals in the interest of the public and in service to citizens, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
  • Key Legislations: An overview of the most important laws that include provisions governing employee duties.
