A number of students from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at University of Basra Oil and Gas, in coordination and cooperation with the holy shrines in Karbala, contributed logistical and service support to organize the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
Students from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas volunteered to serve pilgrims coming from various countries around the world and all Iraqi governorates to commemorate Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
The contribution included organizing the entry and exit of the honorable pilgrims, as well as providing services, logistical support, and first aid. It was worth noting that it was an annual student initiative to contribute to the success of the march to Karbala leading up to Arbaeen pilgrimage.
