As part of its efforts to develop the skills of employees, department heads and divisions, the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized this morning, Monday 2/6/2025, a training course in the conference hall entitled “Management Skills”. The course was moderated by Dr. Adi Hussein, who addressed a number of vital topics of interest to participants, most notably: decision-making strategies, efficiency and harmonious relationships between employees, leadership in team management, and effective time management. The course aims to provide participants with the necessary expertise and skills to excel in professional work environments and raise the level of performance in their departments. The Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Mohammed Al-Tamimi, attended and praised the holding of such courses in order to develop the management skills of the college’s employees and raise the level of job and administrative performance.
