Student Activities Unit/Sports Activities at the Faculty of Oil and Gas Industrial Management organized a celebratory match to mark the anniversary of Iraqi Engineer's Day.
The match took place on the evening of Friday, May 23, 2025, at Al-Khaleej District's five-a-side football field, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Asadi, Administrative Assistant of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Industrial Management.
The first half of the match saw the faculty team almost completely dominate the match, leading by three goals. The faculty team then returned strongly and managed to equalize before scoring a well-deserved victory in the final minutes of the match.
The match ended with a well-deserved victory for the faculty team over the staff team (7-5). The match witnessed a remarkable attendance from the faculty to watch the friendly celebratory match, which comes as part of organizing sports activities and promoting sports as a lifestyle to enhance physical and mental health.
