The final exams for the first semester/second semester of 2024/2025 academic year began on Sunday (May 4, 2025) at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas, according to the ministerial calendar for the academic year 2024-2025.
The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Al-Tamimi, and his scientific and administrative assistants inspected the progress of the examination process to review all the preparations made in the past few days to ensure the success of the examination process.
Al-Tamimi said, "The college has mobilized its teaching staff and examination committees to organize the examination process, in accordance with the directives of the university presidency and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which stipulate the provision of logistical requirements for exams and the creation of a suitable learning environment for students to ensure successful exams."
During the tour of the examination halls, the Dean emphasized overcoming all difficulties to conclude the current academic year in a distinguished manner. He also emphasized the need to provide all the necessary tools and equipment for successful exams for both morning and evening studies and for all college departments to provide a suitable environment for positive exam performance.
The Dean also praised the efforts of the examination committees and teaching staff throughout the academic year and encouraged students to make greater efforts to succeed.
