As part of its efforts to enhance academic integration and unify scientific evaluation standards, the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University of Oil and Gas conducted the joint exam today, Sunday, April 6, 2025, between the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing at the college and its counterparts in private colleges (Al-Maqal University, College of Architecture) for the academic year 2024-2025, under the direct supervision and supervision of the Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Professor Sami Obaid Muhammad Al-Tamimi, who toured the examination halls and reviewed the progress of the exams in our college and private colleges. The exam included undergraduate students in the second and third academic stages for morning and evening studies, as two examination subjects were allocated for each stage in accordance with the requirements of academic standards and the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in line with the requirements of educational quality. This joint exam is a qualitative step that reflects the keenness of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University of Oil and Gas to raise the scientific level and enhance the mechanisms of coordination and integration between governmental and private higher education institutions, which contributes to the unification of evaluation standards and ensures academic justice among students. The exams were conducted with high smoothness and under the supervision of the specialized examination committees in the college, which were keen to provide an examination atmosphere committed to the controls and instructions related to the management of exams, while ensuring integrity and transparency in all stages of the examination process, amid direct follow-up from the college deanship and its concern.
