The College of Industrial Management participated in a specialized training course on quality assurance in education based on the Bologna Process, which was held at the University of Baghdad on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. This participation stems from the college's constant commitment to enhancing quality standards in the educational process, keeping pace with international academic developments, and affirming its commitment to providing high-quality education to its students. The college was represented in this course by Assistant Lecturer Abdullah Mohammed Mohsen, Assistant Lecturer Issa Jaafar Baqir (Course of the Department of Oil and Gas Economics), and Lecturer Mustafa Taha Yassin (Course of the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing). The training course included several main topics, including: * The concept of quality within the framework of the Bologna Process. * How to calculate the value of the academic indicator. * Setting standards and evaluation foundations. * Mechanisms for academic accreditation, follow-up, and continuous improvement. The course participants emphasized the importance of these training courses in developing the skills of teaching and administrative staff and enhancing their ability to apply quality standards in the educational process. This participation is part of a series of events and activities organized by the College of Industrial Management with the aim of developing the educational process and improving the quality of its outcomes, thus contributing to achieving sustainable development in society.
