The College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas discussed mutual scientific cooperation with the General Company for Maritime Transport this morning, Tuesday, February 25, 2025, during a visit by a delegation from the college, including the Dean, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Al-Tamimi, the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Haider Ali Al-Asadi, and the Head of the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Ali Al-Rashed. They were received by the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Company for Maritime Transport, Senior Chief Marine Engineer, Mr. Ahmed Jassim Naeem Al-Asadi, and Captain of the High Seas, Mr. Abdul-Azim Jassim Badawi, in the presence of Dr. Najmuddin Abdullah Najm. The discussions focused on mechanisms and means of mutual scientific cooperation between the two sides in the field of holding mutual scientific seminars and workshops, research studies in the field of port management, exchanging knowledge by holding training courses, and holding mutual scientific visits between the two sides, which would enhance partnership and cooperation in the fields of maritime transport management, supply chains, and other common scientific topics between the two sides.
