Basra for Oil and Gas with the award for the best university in communicating with activities related to implementing the National Strategy for Iraqi Women 2023-2030 during the Development and Creativity Festival organized by the Women's Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which came for the purpose of documenting women's work, encouraging their creative works, and highlighting the distinguished activities and events organized by the Women's Affairs Divisions and Units in the formations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, including the Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, which contributed to the festival with a creative pavilion for the creativity of the college's female students as well as the writings of some of its professors under the supervision of the head of the Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Assistant Lecturer Rasul Issam Nouri. The head of the Women's Affairs Division at the University of Basra for Oil and Gas, Dr. Fatima Hadi, received the honor on behalf of the university, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education for Scientific Research Affairs, Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahd, handed her the honor.
