The College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas organizes a development course for its staff on the principles and principles of official correspondence

The College of Industrial Administration for Oil and Gas organized a developmental training course for its administrative staff on the topic (foundations and origins of official communications) this morning, Monday, the twenty-fifth of this January and at the central conference hall, under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas, Dr. Sami Hashem Faleh Al-Saadi, and the supervision of the Administrative Assistant Dr.  Nassif Jassim Al-Abadi, and the session was opened with a speech by the Dean, during which he emphasized the college launching its development program for its administrative staff, indicating that the program includes more than twenty various training courses that contribute to the development of all the administrative staff in the college, and Al-Saadi noted that the program was launched this morning with a course on the foundations and origins of conversations  Most of the courses will be of practical application areas to serve in the interest of providing individuals with work skills, especially in technical and administrative fields, serving in the conduct of daily functional work, and the assistant lecturer Haidar Ali Karim Al-Asadi was lectured in the first courses, who touched on the issue of official correspondence and the importance of formulating official books, in a controlled language.  In form and text, stressing the importance of observing the requirements of the correspondence  Be aware of the form, accuracy of information, clarity and brevity of language, as well as taking into account timing in providing information and answers to all official correspondence  The course witnessed applied aspects during the first day, represented in editing virtual books, finding mistakes in them and dealing with them in a professional administrative manner.
