Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, in cooperation with Continuing Education Division at Basra University for Oil and Gas, organized a training course entitled "Accurate scientific methods in searching for scientific sources to complete graduation research" in the conference hall of the college on Tuesday, 11/12/2024.
The course was lectured by the Head of the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Ali Al-Rashed, and Assistant Lecturer Israa Faleh. The course addressed modern methods and techniques in preparing and writing scientific research, methods of obtaining important sources in writing that research, and ensuring accuracy in writing and documenting it in the text of the scientific research.
They explained the best methods for documenting sources and the most important sites that were relied upon to obtain solid information and how to prepare the questionnaire, collect information and deal with it statistically. A number of lecturers attended the course, as well as the attendance of fourth-year students in the morning study in order to benefit them with the subject of writing the graduation research.
