Mr. Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Muhammad Al-Tamimi, participated in the fifth international forum on (Crisis Economics between Challenges and Solutions), which was held on Wednesday, 11/13/2024, organized by the Department of Business Sciences at the College of Business Economics and Management Sciences at the University of Martyr Sheikh Al-Arabi Al-Tabsi in Tebessa / Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. The participation was remotely (online) with a research paper entitled "Tools for Automatic Stabilization in Algeria in Light of the COVID19 Crisis
