The head of Women's Affairs Unit at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Assistant Lecturer Rasul Essam, participated in the comprehensive qualification course (administrative, financial, legal and anti-corruption) called for by the Ministry of Trade in cooperation with Women's Affairs Department in the Diwan of Basra Governorate.
The course was held in Utbah Bin Ghazwan Hall for the period from November 3-7, with a large attendance from service and financial institutions and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce in the governorate.
