The student team (Work) at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized a cultural symposium entitled (Engineering of Success) on Monday 10/21/2024, in the large conference hall at the university, under the patronage of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Muhammad Halil Al-Kaabi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Al-Tamimi.
The human development trainer Ali Al-Madhoush lectured in it. Al-Madhoush spoke in his lecture about internal and external psychology, awareness and culture, and about developing the young man's scientific, cultural and psychological tools and preparing him for success and how to achieve actual and practical success.
The symposium included several titles and topics, the most important of which were how to be influential in society, how to be a leader, the rules of self-leadership, the rules of community leadership, emotional intelligence and its effect on excellence and the ladder of success, and other topics of self-development, achieving ambition and guiding oneself to excellence and prosperity.
The symposium witnessed interventions from the attendees, and at the end of the symposium, Dr. Al-Tamimi, honored the lecturer for his efforts in presenting his fruitful lecture
