College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at University of Basra for Oil and Gas organized, as part of its free developmental training program for its students and graduates during the summer vacation, a training course in the field of learning English language skills (first level), which was launched on Tuesday, the thirteenth of August, in the conference hall at the college, under the patronage of the President of University of Basra for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Muhammad H. Al-Kaabi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sami O. Al-Tamimi. The course was lectured by Assistant Lecturer Mays F. Shaker. The course includes training in theoretical and practical fields for trainees in order to provide them with the necessary skills to learn English language skills. The course comes due to the importance of the English language at the present time as one of the most important requirements of the labor market in contemporary management. This course is also part of a series of courses to develop the capabilities of college students in order to provide skills and experiences to graduates and young people looking to enter the labor market after graduation
