A new important research in terms of its impact on the development of artificial intelligence in the medical sector is added to the scientific library, as the lecturer at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas/Basra University of Oil and Gas, Dr. Mustafa A. Abboud, published a scientific research entitled "Parkinson's disease diagnosis by voice data using particle swarm optimization‐extreme learning machine approach" in the journal "Multimedia Tools and Applications" affiliated with the international publishing house "Springer Nature" and has an Impact Factor: 3 and is distinguished by being classified within the Q1 classification in Clarivate and Scopus containers. The research proposed a new artificial intelligence technology aimed at detecting and diagnosing Parkinson's disease or what is known as tremors or Parkinson's disease (which occurs as a result of the deterioration of brain cells) early by using and analyzing audio clips.
