A student from the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas (Ahmed Adel Salem) participated in the National Camp for Iraqi Youth organized by the Supreme Council for Youth affiliated to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. The national camp was held in Arbiel Governorate for the period 6-30/4-7 of 2024 under the title (Community Development Leader) and under the patronage of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani. The camp aims to create young leaders in society and to confirm the government's provision of the necessary support to young people and achieve their goals. During the camp, a group of techniques, experiences and opportunities available to young people were highlighted, in addition to introducing the "Youth Ambassadors" program to prepare a generation of young Iraqis capable of taking responsibility and conveying the voice of young people to the relevant authorities, which creates an interactive platform for exchanging ideas and experiences. It was worth noting that young ambassadors from all Iraqi governorates participated in the camp, which enhances the unity and cohesion of Iraqi youth from north to south. Student Ahmed Adel Salem was awarded a certificate of participation from the Supreme Council for Youth in the Cabinet, as he was one of those chosen from the Youth Ambassadors Program to participate in the activities of the national camp.
