A Lecturer from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas Publishes Scientific Research on the Impact of Human Resources Activities on the Organizational Achievements of Basra Oil Company.

The Scientific Research Journal of Multidisciplinary, which is considered one of the reputable international academic journals, published a scientific research by a lecturer at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Amer Adnan. The research was entitled (The impact of human resources activities on the organizational achievements of Basra Oil Company), as the main objective of that study measuring the impact of human resources activities on organizational achievements in Basra Oil Company. The research provided a constructive contribution with regard to the human resources activities and their dimensions for Basra Oil Company, including recruitment, employee screening, training and development, and job satisfaction on organizational achievement, as organizational achievement has become an important topic in the field of activities. Human resources, and at the same time statistical information is collected through interviews with staff to evaluate attitudes towards human resources activities and their impact on organizational achievement, as 270 employees from Basra Oil Company (BOC) were approved to form the research sample, so the information was collected through a survey and evaluation using the program statistician (SPSS) version 23. During the statistical study, it was also determined that there is a noticeable relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable in the end. It is clear that human resources activities have a significant impact on organizational success, and this explains how important it is for companies to have effective and organized services.
