The Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Al-Tamimi, participated in chairing the committee to discuss his doctoral thesis titled (The role of investment funds in enhancing the liquidity of financial markets and stimulating economic growth in Saudi Arabia and Morocco, with the possibility of applying it in Iraq for the period 2007-2022). For the doctoral student (Fayza Hassan Msjet), which took place on Thursday, the sixteenth of May, in the Economics Department of College of Administration and Economics at University of Basra. The Dean of College of Administration and Economics at Al-Mustansiriya University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Sobeih Attia, and the membership of Professor Dr. Naeem Sabah and Assistant Professor Dr. Shaaban participated in the discussion committee. Saddam Al-Amarah and Assistant Professor Dr. Rabie Qasim, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Youssef Al-Asadi, and after the researcher’s discussion of the content of her thesis and its contents, the committee decided to grant her a doctorate degree with a very good grade.
