The Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas Participates in the Meeting of the Committee of Deans of Colleges of Management and Economics in Tikrit

The Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami Al-Tamimi, participated in the meeting of the Deans Committee of Colleges of Administration and Economics / the second session of the year 2024, which was hosted by the Deanship of College of Administration and Economics at Tikrit University and in the conference hall on Thursday, the second of May. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Deans Committee and the Dean of College of Administration and Economics at University of Basra, Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli and Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Hamid Hussein, Dean of College of Administration and Economics at University of Tikrit, in the presence of the deans of the colleges of administration and economics in Iraq. The meeting discussed the creation of scientific departments and graduate programs in private colleges, as well as discussing applications submitted by some colleges. Regarding strengthening the teaching staff and auditing the staff of the departments of accounting, business administration, and oil and gas economics in the faculties of economic sciences and the book, and taking appropriate decisions regarding them. The meeting also discussed the creation of scientific departments and graduate studies programs in government colleges. Various topics in scientific affairs were also discussed, including the extent of the possibility of accepting graduates of vocational preparatory school. The commercial branch in the Department of Economics within College of Administration and Economics for evening studies and the formation of committees to evaluate the scientific and academic reality and the development of the anti-money laundering subject as well as the designations of the precise specializations in the general specialization of management information systems. The meeting discussed in its fourth paragraph the writing of a book regarding the adoption of the book titled The Modern Investment Portfolio as an auxiliary book and a book. Basic principles in econometrics and the cost accounting book. The first book, Fundamentals of Economics, the second book, Production and Operations Management, an Integrated Approach, and the third book, Introduction to Management Accounting, were discussed. The attendees also discussed job descriptions for graduates of some scientific departments, including management information systems and graduates of Oil and Gas Marketing Management Department.
