Department of Petroleum Project Management at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized a symposium to present the results of its students in the Ms Project and Primavera programs, sponsored by the President of Basra University for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Muhammad Halil Hafez Al-Kaabi, and under the supervision of the Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami Obaid Al-Tamimi. The projects were supervised by the assistant lecturer, Al-Hassan Amer Ibrahim, and technical engineer, Karama Abdel-Jabbar. The symposium was held on Sunday, the fifth of May, in the conference hall, in the presence of the Dean of the College, the assistant professors, department heads, and a number of faculty and students. The project supervisor, the assistant lecturer, Al-Hassan Amer, stated that the symposium was devoted to demonstrating applied aspects of the computer subject for the third stage students who submitted their projects according to the Ms Project program and the fourth stage students who submitted their projects according to the Primavera program. In turn, Karama Abdel-Jabbar indicated that most of the projects were in the field of oil and gas industry, and those projects could be implemented practically on the ground in the coming days because she demonstrated qualitative and creative capabilities for our students.
