A new research of scientific importance has a direct and significant impact on the development of artificial intelligence in the medical sector, as the lecturer at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas, Dr. Mustafa Abbas Abboud, published a scientific research entitled “Online sequential extreme learning machine approach for breast cancer diagnosis” in the journal “Neural Computing and Applications” affiliated with the international publishing house “Springer Nature” has an Impact Factor of 6 and is distinguished by being classified as Q1 in the Clarivate and Scopus indexes.
