University of Basra Hosts a Student from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, the Owner of a Project Working within the Framework of the Green Economy

The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at College of Veterinary Medicine at University of Basra hosted one of the evening study students in the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing/College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas within its symposium entitled (The Importance of the Green Economy and the Jobs it Provides), as the student (Harith Khaled) spoke during his hosting about his local project (Sadaf Dates) gave a detailed review of the type of product, the packaging mechanism, and the importance of local products in the markets. He stressed that the product was compatible and appropriate with the requirements of sustainability and environmental protection, as the boxes and bags made of cardboard are recycled, in which the product is preserved and sold in a healthy and sound manner, with the advantage of recycling bags for the product. The attendees of the symposium praised the importance of supporting workers in the field of the green economy, especially in Basra, which needs this type of economy.
