A Delegation from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas participated in activities of scientific symposium entitled (Strategic Dimensions of New Oil and Gas Law Project), which was organized by Al-Maqal University in the conference hall at Al-Maqal University on Sunday the eighteenth of February, as the administrative assistant participated. College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Dr. Adnan H. Jaaz, presented a research paper entitled “A future vision for the economy of Basra Governorate within the framework of the Oil and Gas Law,” during the scientific symposium that included several topics, including: justifications for the legislation of Oil Law and its objectives, the position of the producing governorates on the law, and the disagreement between the center and the region regarding the law.
