Based on the instructions of Women’s Empowerment Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the instructions of the Council of Ministers, and under the slogan (Together to create an environment that rejects the phenomenon of harassment), Women’s Empowerment Unit at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas launched an awareness-raising campaign and published awareness posters about combating the phenomenon of Harassment. The campaign aimed to urge the protection of society from the phenomenon of harassment, on Sunday, the fourteenth of January, under the supervision of the unit official, assistant lecturer, Russel Essam, who confirmed that the campaign would include, in addition to awareness posters, educational workshops and lectures to enhance that culture.
