The Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami O. Al-Tamimi, participated in the activities of the Seventh International Scientific Conference organized by Southern Technical University - Basra Administrative Technical College - under the slogan (Virtual Reality Applications in Administrative Sciences) and under the patronage of His Excellency Minister of Education Higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, under the supervision of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, and in the presence of a number of members of Iraqi Council of Representatives from Basra Governorate. The President of Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, stated that the conference had 65 papers submitted, of which 29 papers were published. At Springer Publishing House, an indication of the quality and sobriety of research, and at the conclusion of the first session, the President of Southern Technical University presented memorial shields to the university presidents and research guests, as well as honoring the Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami Al-Tamimi, out of pride in their scientific role in enriching the scientific movement in Basra. Some professors from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas participate as researchers in the scientific conference sessions.
