Education launches parallel education channel and confirms the continuation of the submission to next Thursday

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the Public Private Morning Education Channel (Parallel) for the 2021/2020 academic year.
The official speaker Dr. Haidar Al-Abboudi said that admission within this channel requires that the student Fulfilled the requirements for central admission and the applicant rate for admission within this channel must not be less than three degrees below the minimum admission in colleges (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy) at the level of Iraqi universities. Three degrees for minimum admission to colleges (nursing, health and medical techniques, medical technical institutes), four degrees for minimum admission to engineering group colleges and engineering institutes, five grades for minimum admission to science faculties and six degrees for minimum admission in other disciplines, including veterinary medicine.
He added that students who graduated from the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 academic years are entitled to apply to this channel whether they have central acceptance or are not accepted or who have enrolled in the evening or civil studies or are accepted within the same channel.
He added that students who have applied on the channels (Private, Evening, Scholarship) are entitled to apply to the parallel and cancel their previous admission if they start studying within this channel, pointing out that the student is allowed to apply for one choice and up to ten choices.
He pointed out that the application form continues until Thursday, December 2020/ 31, and that the student does not need to activate his exam number in Iraqi universities and can apply through the use of the exam number and the code through the portal of studies, planning and follow-up (www.dirasat-gate.org).
