Two Lecturers at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas Lecture in a Training Workshop on the National Project System to Cancel Paper Authenticity Documents, the Second Edition

The Department of Registration and Student Affairs at Basra University for Oil and Gas organized a training workshop on the National Project System to cancel paper authenticity documents, second version (updated version). The workshop began on its first day on Wednesday, the twenty-seventh of December, with the participation of a number of those authorized to work on the system. Within the presidential departments and all university colleges, as well as workers in the undergraduate studies departments (morning, evening, parallel) and a number of human resources employees. Professors from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas attended the workshop: Assistant lecturer Muhammad Ghassan and assistant lecturer Al-Hassan Amer. Mr. Ghassan explained that the workshop was organized in implementation of the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Construction and Projects/Department of Information Technology regarding activating the national project system to cancel paper authenticity documents (the second experimental version), which would be launched effectively at the beginning of 2024, as the system seeks to transform the validity of paper publications and the routine followed regarding books and official correspondence issued by the institution, in addition to documents and graduation confirmation for undergraduate students, into a modern electronic system in all government departments and institutions.
