The Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas Participates in a Course for General Managers at The National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology Affiliated with Ministry of Planning

The Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Sami O. Al-Tamimi, participated in a course for general managers at the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology, affiliated with Ministry of Planning in the capital, Baghdad. The course came under the guidance of the Prime Minister, Mr. Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani. The course aimed to Preparing university leaders by receiving multiple skills, such as negotiation skills, strategic planning, advanced management skills, sustainable development, protocols and etiquette in official activities, security precautions (personal and institutional), and learning about the best and most modern administrative options and modern leadership methods in the twenty-first century. The lectures also included presenting an idea about climate change. The current environmental changes and ways to treat the environmental changes resulting from them. At the end of the course, a research paper was prepared by the Dean discussing the topics of developing university leaders, which he presented at the conclusion of the course activities.
