College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas organized a training course on the topic “Laws that regulate the work of teaching staff” on Tuesday, the twenty-first of November, in the conference hall. As part of a series of training courses organized by the college to develop the skills of the new teaching staff, Under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sami Al-Tamimi. The course was attended by the official of Legal Division, Dr. Imad F. Youssef. The lecturer touched on some of the laws that regulate the work of the teaching staff, including the State Employees Discipline Law and the University Service Law, in addition to introducing them to the instructions for the work structure of a faculty member. Mr. Fawzi explained the most important duties and rights of the teaching staff and the importance of adhering to the administrative and scientific costs and duties assigned to the faculty member.
