A number of students from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas participated voluntarily in organizing the entry of Iraqi fans into Iraqi team’s first matches in the World Cup qualifiers, which took place at Sports City Stadium in Basra on Thursday, the sixteenth of November, in cooperation with the organizing bodies of the tournament. Participation in organizing the entry of everyone was smooth due to the large numbers that attended Iraq-Indonesia national team match, which witnessed the presence of more than 64 thousand spectators from all governorates of Iraq, which ended with the victory of Iraqi national team. Based on the success of organizing the match, the Minister of Youth and Sports honored the students and the volunteer team that contributed successfully. Organizing the entry and exit of fans in a smooth manner at Sports City Stadium.
