On Wednesday, the fifteenth of November, College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized a dialogue workshop entitled (Ways to support youth projects through entrepreneurial initiatives) as part of the university activities in the Global Entrepreneurship Week, The dialogue workshop was moderated by Human Resources Officer at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Miss. Karama Abdul-Jabbar, and the trainer Doaa Al-Tamimi lectured. The dialogue workshop with the students was devoted to ways to support projects through entrepreneurial initiatives and a review of applications and concepts of entrepreneurship, the qualities of a successful entrepreneur and how to plan productive entrepreneurial projects, and the importance of self-confidence and youth developing themselves at all levels in order to keep pace with developments and progress. In the current era, the individual has become an important capital in trying to find ideas and projects that spare him the need for research. About ready-made jobs, students opinions and ideas were listened to and their inquiries were answered in order to develop their capabilities and expand their circle of ambition by developing their abilities and skills in the field of entrepreneurship.
