Department of Oil Projects Management Holds its Meeting with the Teaching Staff

Department of Petroleum Project Management at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas held its regular meeting with the teaching staff on Monday the thirteenth of November. The meeting was moderated by the head of the department, assistant lecturer Rafid Kh. Radhi, and the department’s rapporteur, Dr. Abbas A. Jumaa. The department scientific plan for the year was reviewed. He urged the teaching staff to publish research and adhere to the ministerial instructions regarding the timings required to answer some scientific and administrative requirements and the importance of adhering to the updated university calendar for the academic year 2023/2024 and successfully completing the requirements of the first semester, and adopting the university examination management guide. The head of the department stressed the importance of holding scientific activities, activating the role of students, and developing their skills in the scientific, cultural, and leadership fields. He also highlighted the importance of following up on graduation research for fourth-year students and the need for research to be specialized and qualitative and address problems in the management of the oil and gas industry sector. At the end of the meeting, he listened to interventions and comments of the teaching staff to improve the work of the department.
