College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized a training course on the topic (Mechanisms for Managing University Exams for Preliminary Studies) on Tuesday, the seventh of November, in the college conference room. It was as part of a series of training courses organized by the College to develop the skills of the new teaching staff, and under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sami O. Al-Tamimi. The scientific assistant Dr. Nassif J. Al-Abadi, lectured on the mechanism of work of the examination committees, the specifications of the master sheet, the electronic basis record, and the notes that must be taken into account during the recording of grades. He talked about the mechanism for issuing university orders to graduate students, reviewing the instructions for examination questions No. 38 of 1992 and the specifications for the examination question sheets. He also explained in detail the tasks of the examination committees and the registration divisions.
