The College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas organizes a training workshop to introduce the (U-Report Iraq) and (learningpassport skills platform) platforms

The College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division at the University of Basra Oil and Gas and under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra Oil and Gas, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hillel Hafez Al-Kaabi, organized an electronic training workshop to introduce the (U-Report Iraq) and (Learningpassport Skills Learning Platform) platforms and the mechanisms of registration and benefit from the two platforms, and the workshop was held this evening, Thursday, the third of August, via the Google Meet platform, and the Rapporteur of the Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing, teacher Haider Ali Karim Al-Asadi, lectured in it, and in the presence of A number of students from the Faculties of Oil and Gas Engineering and Industrial Management of Oil and Gas, the workshop included the theoretical definition of the two platforms and their usefulness for the youth segment, especially university students, and the workshop also reviewed the importance of students joining these two platforms to develop their skills in preparation for their involvement in the labor market after graduation, and the workshop witnessed practical applications to enter the two platforms and how to create an account and benefit from the platform's content of job and training opportunities, opinion questionnaires, important, documented and official information from accredited international sources, as well as providing the opportunity to participate for Iraqi youth to express The lecturer indicated that the two platforms are affiliated with the International Fund and in partnership with the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, and he continued: The benefits of the Report platform are to provide free consultations, create an opportunity for young people to express their opinions, fight and reduce rumors, establish a dialogue between young people and community leaders, and implement youth digital initiatives.
