Department of Oil and Gas Economics at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized a workshop entitled (Self-Love) on Wednesday, the eleventh of January, at the central conference hall at the university. It held under the auspices of the President of Basra University for Oil and Gas, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Kaabi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College Dr. Sami Al-Saadi. The student (Hala Laith Shaker) lectured talking about the concept of self-love and the way to distinguish healthy self-love, which reveals the light in this life and reveals the facts of things around us and makes bliss accompany us from selfishness, arrogance and arrogance that distances from others and makes blackness overshadow our relationships with others and worsens the situation even with oneself and becomes a relationship very aggressive. She presented in details the concept of self-love, the effects and its importance and how to love ourselves. This can be done by thinking about some of the achievements that a person has achieved in his life, and avoiding the method of comparing oneself to others. The person must also do the various activities that he enjoys when he is alone in order to reach self-love. The workshop witnessed several interventions from the teaching staff and students.
