A graduate student / higher diploma in Department of Economics at College of Administration and Economics at University of Basra, Maysoon Naim, received a “Very Good” assessment for her research tagged (the impact of the development of oil industry on employment indicators in Iraq for the period 2005-2020), under the supervision of the Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, Assistant Professor Dr. Sami H. Al-Saadi. The study dealt with the development of oil and gas production in Iraq on the one hand, and its contribution, which reached more than 90 percent of government revenues, while its contribution to providing job opportunities reaches less than 2.5 percent of the total official Iraqi labor ability.
