The Department of Petroleum Projects Management at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized a workshop on the topic (preparing the organizational structure, description and job description) via the Internet, in which Dr. Abdulameer Al-Saadi lectured. The lecturer also touched on the job description and its importance in the quality and organization of work, stressing that through the job description the job title, place of work, direct official, job number, the date of creation of the vacancy, the department in which the job vacancy is located, and the duties of the job. The workshop witnessed interventions from the attendees to clarify some issues related to the topic of the workshop.
