The President of Basra University for Oil and Gas, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Kaabi, honored two students, Jumana Alaa and Iqtida Aidan, participated in the University Festival of Fine Arts hosted by Basra University for Oil and Gas. Many Universities participated in the festival such as University of Basra, Southern Technical University, Shatt Al-Arab University College, Iraq University College and Alkunooz University College. It was set up by Student Activities Department in the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabil Abdel Sahib, for the period from 18/11 – 2/12/ 2021. Student Activities Unit in College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas was honored. In the end, both students were awarded with the festival shield. The President of the University expressed his support for all student activities at the University, whether scientific, cultural or voluntary.
