The head of Oil Projects Management Department at College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, assistant lecturer, Rafid Khader Al-Saadi, and the engineer, Karama Abdul-Jabbar, passed TOT course organized by German GIZ organization in cooperation with Basra Chamber of Commerce and Altamiuz Company for Development and Training. Six courses on training the trainers on facilitation skills in sales, marketing, human resources, personnel management, business planning and strategy, business continuity management, crisis management, facilitation skills and consulting skills with business development services in market for clients. The participants were awarded certificates after successfully passing the course.
