The student team of Basra University for Oil and Gas was chosen as the best work team according to what the competent committees announced within the activities of the University Festival of Fine Arts. It hosted by Basra University of Oil and Gas accompanied by University of Basra, Southern Technical University, Shatt Al-Arab University College, Iraq University College and Al- Kunuz University College. The festival held by Student Activities Department in the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Dr. Muhammad Al-Kaabi was honored for his continuous efforts to support student activities, as well as honoring the official of Student Activities Division at the university, Mr. Muhammad Al-Mansoori. As well as choosing the student Jumana Alaa and Eqtidaa Edan from College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas as the best team, participating in the festival activities and the team also won the participation award at the festival.
