The Dean of College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at Basra University for Oil and Gas, Dr. Sami Al-Saadi, participated as a speaker within the activities of the Fifth Economic Forum of Iraqi Alliance for Transparency in Extractive Industries. On the twentieth of November, the Forum was held in Baghdad and within the axis of development prospects in public budgets. The forum discussed many topics the most important of which is that there should be transparency in the oil contracts in Iraq and the delivery of this information to the citizen as he is the real owner of this wealth, especially with the presence of numerous violations in licensing rounds and contracts that are not available to everyone.
