The Department of Oil and Gas Management and Marketing at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas organized a scientific symposium entitled “Mechanisms and ways of managing and developing industrial projects” on Tuesday, sixteenth of November. It held under the Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas. A member of advisory board of Basra Chamber of Industry, trainer Hussein Adnan Al-Tamimi, lectured on the conference hall at the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas. Al-Tamimi said that the symposium aimed to introduce how to manage and develop students and graduates with ideas to run small industrial projects that increase domestic product, reducing unemployment, increasing internal revenues and economic movement. The researcher continued that the importance of small industrial projects in Iraq revolves around two important areas: the first is the benefit of the national product, and the second is the number of workers in the private sector.
